Cancellations
Cancelations on services provided by Crafty Maven & Co. can be requested up until the time the service has started.

Any cancellation of services will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

You can always contact us for any return questions at hotq@craftymavenandco.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on digital downloads. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the service is being provided to a client in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online digital content: If you have already started downloading our product, you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds
Once we have agreed on the cancelation of your services, you will be automatically refunded (minus the 20% cancelation fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
