So what does comprehensive mean, anyway?
“Comprehensive” means it covers absolutely everything. Crafty starts at the top of your shop and covers every section down to the bottom, then looks at a few listings and picks one to three to assess for different sections. Crafty works diligently to deliver the information concisely and effectively with no intention of hurting feelings.
This assessment focuses on the customer experience, meaning Crafty will NEVER ask for your shop's login credentials.

This assessment is produced in a written report that is well-sectioned and divided to make it easier for you to implement the recommendations in bite-size pieces. To protect the proprietary nature of this assessment, we don’t give specific examples of what will be reviewed, but finished assessments average of 5500-9000 words and are 7-9 pages long.

This assessment was absolutely worth every penny! Crafty and Co took the time to go through each aspect of my shop, from a business and a customer perspective. Wow. What can I say? I’m a careful purchaser and followed Crafty for a long time before I buy the bullet and bought the comprehensive assessment. All I can say is I shouldn’t have waited so long!
